Thermal printing is included for all jobs and will feature Name of artists, contact info, name of project, simple logos & just about any thing you need (Printing jobs of excess may cost additional cents)

Shipping the finished product to you is available, but is not included in the initial duplication price. There are many of convenient options. All jobs are boxed and double wrapped securely to minimize broken cases or sliding Discs.

-We will ship anywhere just tell us where its going and its gone.

-How much the shipping will cost will depend on how big the order is and where we are shipping it to

-Put it this way! The weight of the CDs, plus cases is about 15lbs for every 100 pieces. You can do the calculation yourself right now, by visiting the USPS website above with the use of that link
-All you’ll have to do is just give an estimate of the weight, then type in 02906 as the zip code that the items will be shipped from….


-In addition to the shipping costs that you calculate, there will also be 1 time small job-processing fee added on. This processing fee will be just $25 to get your order in place and started as soon as we receive your inquiry.

GETTING STARTED
How do you get us your master CD? There are two ways you can do it.

1.Send us a hard copy version of the master CD in the mail

2. Email us the master from places like www.yousendit.com or www.mediafire.com (these are about the best to use.) Please make sure all jobs are properly named. And everything is well detailed for your order. Be specific with your needs.



***Important*** If you’re sending the master thru email, please make sure that any track separations, etc transfer over, because we will only record exactly what is received on our end… Meaning that we are not responsible for track separation losses during the emailing process…
As far as sending us the text for the thermal printing:
-You can email us the information in a an email form well detailed or/and if you have a logo send as Jpeg files to: Hoodstrongpromo@gmail.com 
In the email subject box, please put “Thermal Text for my duplication job” your name and job title. “VERY IMPORTANT”

-All Thermal print will be done with Black ink only at this time!!!


-We will put the title of your CD/DVD anywhere on the disk, artist name, contact info (whatever you need in moderation)


you can put a small logo on the face, but please keep it simple.

-Standard info to be placed on CD is follows:
Artist Name, Song/Album Title, Label Name “This is just what normally would go on there. Again you can have whatever you like” 


An extra .05 cents per disc will be added to the price, if a large amount of text or excess of info and logo’s is requested


So please keep it as simple as possible!!!


PAYMENTS
All orders must be paid in full, up front. Either thru pay pal or check/money order.


Pay pal is no-doubt the best way in getting The job handled swiftly; it’s much quicker allows us to begin your job usually the same day it is received


Payments can be made by Pay pal, Western Union or money order at this time.

Now we know what your thinking. These prices and rates are crazy, right?

NOTE: To get the low rate of .45 cents per CD / .90 per DVD, w/ thermal print, all jobs must be approved 1st and allowed the 5 or 7 days turnaround time (this only refers to the time it takes to finish your job not to ship).

Remember the sleeves are just .5 cents & cases .10 “ ALL CASES OR SLEEVES FREE FOR ORDERS OVER 1000 PIECES”

On all jobs, there is a small 1 time set-up fee of $25 (gets your CD/DVD’s in motion)

All finished jobs are provided unpackaged. However, we can insert the CDs/DVDs into the cases for you at an additional .10 cents per disc (calculate this into your total)
